All SKINNY is NOT Healthy

So, this summer is my key to get back healthy! I've always been known to be a skinny girl in my younger days, but now I've become a lot thicker. Of course, in my boyfriend eyes he loves the thick new me, but I really don't. I just don't feel that healthy like I normally do. I've also been a little sick, and that's my main motivation to become healthy. My goal is to just lose a few pounds just to feel a little lighter and healthier.


Since I'm working 24/7 and 7 days a week, it's difficult trying to fit time for the things that are most important to me. I run 6 miles everyday on my break at work. I do 100 squats and crunches EVERY night. Also, I lowered my portion sizes! That's actually ONE of the main aspects of losing weight. It's painful but the results will be very much worth it!


What I'm trying to say is, just because someone is skinny doesn't mean that they're healthy. Being small doesn't equal healthy even though society paints the picture that way. Be COMFORTABLE in your OWN SKIN!!! Everybody wants that EYE CANDY body figure but that doesn't work for EVERYONE!! You can never compare your body to someone else's. What ever feels great to you, you be just that. Find the motivation and NEVER GIVE UP!!

So as you guys know, I haven't been blogging lately like I was in the past. SO many doors has opened for me in a positive way that I've been a little too busy to write blogs. But, I can definitely say I missed you guys and the feedback!

Tired of Working

I've been so caught up in becoming a HUGE provider for my family!  I have 5 different hustles, so I've been extremely busy. All of my careers are becoming a success which is something I've always longed for, but this is becoming A BIT MUCH. I haven't been eating properly, working out, or spending time w/ my loved ones. It's so freaking hard trying to balance everything out, but I know it's something that just has to be done. So, NO MORE complaining from me lol.


I worked today (TWO full-time jobs). So I'm extremely tired y'all. But this is me today dressed for work.

LATE Night...Working!

I came home to relax only to realize that I was lonely lol. I have ALOT on my mind. Feeling some type of way, and I'm just going to say this: I been GRINDING so long, trying to reach the top, boy I WANT IT ALL. This aint the picture I painted..you was supposed to ride with me, but you're so far gone. You used to be my BIGGEST fan when I was COMING up, then when I BLEW up..you act like I aint do enough! Damn...I know I'm constantly working, but I'm DREAMCHASING..shoes laced up EXTRA TIGHT!! If anybody understood thought it would be YOU..you told me to sacrifice (do what I gotta do)!! But I never thought you meant sacrificing you...


Ok back to what I was saying, I had so much going through my mind I just decided to take my mind off the BS and focus on my career! I went to the studio..WORKING! I'm still here getting a lot of things done..I love my team. PRODUCTIVE  STUDIO NIGHT!! :)
